After completing a detailed coaching session from Sunmi to use fingerhearts instead of peace/v-signs, DK ShowMaker did his best to sabotage himself over a positive publicity opportunity he had with the nation’s beloved idol. In a petty comment following an episode of Showmakers, DK ShowMaker remarked, “Frankly, I wasn’t that big of a fan of SUNMI’s; but she said that she likes me so I felt an obligation to remark that I liked her too in a half-ass effort appease her fans.” Following the statement from the e-sports competitor, SUNMI fans echoed his remarks, indicating that they weren’t that big fan of fans of DK ShowMaker, but since he likes her, they’ll like him too.
